About Dr. Thomas Dickson

After 20+ years in university advising, career counseling, student engagement, and adminstration, I am now working with a southern California non-profit on higher ed issues. I am the Director of Postsecondary Institutional Support at Growing Inland Achievement (GIA), an Inland Empire region non-profit. I have taught in undergraduate education programs and in higher education masters and doctoral programs.
