I'm XXY, I've been treated for Klinefelters syndrome since I was 19, I'm male. Most XXY's in NZA are never diagnosed at all, just like everywhere else in the world. There is no plan afoot to find XXY's as that costs money.

There is not now, and never has been, anything intersex about my sex, my body, or the disease I'm treated for.
